FAQ
Are deposits reqired?
Absolutely. In order to secure your time slot and to guarantee your session date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This does go towards your session fee.
How long will it take to receive my online gallery?
Your digital gallery link will sent to you via email in 2-3 weeks after your session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our of respect for my time; Please inform me of a cancellation by 10am two days prior to your scheduled session. If changes are made during the allotted time frame, your deposit will go towards your new date. If you do not cancel during that time frame, you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit to book in the future.
What happens during inclement weather?
If inclement weather arrises, I will reach out via email at least two days in advance to work with you and come up with a new date for your session.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Nope! You will receive a print release to print your photos. Although, I do not recommend retail printers.
What is your late policy?
Please notify me if you will be 10-15 late. Your session will still end at the predetermined session time. If you are more than 30 minuted late, your session will be cancelled and you will not be refunded.
How long will I have to view my gallery?
From the time your gallery is sent to you, you will have 14 days to choose your photos. Please contact me if you need more time.
